Excellent place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely heated swimming pool. The staff were helpful during my first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Delightful food in the restaurant for breakfast with large selections.

The location,the bedrooms were beautiful,swimming pool massive,very clean modern hotel.

I must admit on arrival the reception girl was very aggresive! Your early! I asked do you speak english? She replied of course I do, wouldnt be here if I didnt!!!,I Did reply oh sorry you have a bit of an attitude!!!

The room was huge and clean, with a lovely big balcony to enjoy the view. Be ready for some noise at meal times, especially in the family restaurant.

Near Beach Prainha and praia da rocha. We can recommend and return to the place.

Breakfast with large selections. Exceptionally clean and huge room in your fridge and with a lot of space. Exceptionally nice staff and great and stunning location near bars and restaurants. Beautiful restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Here's the bottom line

The spacious, modern rooms were immaculate. The large pool area was a favorite for all ages, and our family loved the nightly entertainment. The free shuttle to the beach was a real bonus. Can't wait to return!

A 4* hotel is much more than a beautiful building and an amazing swimming pool. The service is crucial for a pleasant stay. This hotel has a great potential but is still far away of a real 4* hotel.

we really enjoyed our stay, would defo go back, very good if have kids, lots to do and very relaxing even with our three small children< it also felt safe! i wouldn't recomend to single people or couples,,,, staff were lovely and the kids club teachers fab and fun< our kids loved it... happy holiday!!!

out door pool not heated but soon got use to it! baby pool was warm.

The room was very modern and very big. we were impressed!

New and comfortable accomodation with modern facilities (free internet access, cable TV, free on-site parking, etc.). Friendly staff. Wide selection of buffet style food (in HB). Large pool. Good value for money when you travel by car.

There is no major negative point to this hotel. Just notice that the location is only convenient when you can move around by car (as we did). Within a 45 minutes drive, you can go any place between Albufeira and the Cabo Sao Vincente. However, the location seems less suitable for travelers without a car (i.e. its about 1km walk to the beach, return path is up hill). The city of Alvor is a nice tiny harbour. But its also fun to visit a few other places in the neighbourhood.When you have a car, this is a perfect hotel!

The large pool was refreshing, and the spacious room featured a nice kitchenette. I loved the different activities offered throughout the day.

Evening meal, ok if your feeding family, but not for just adults- it feels like a food hall not a hotel dinning room. The food starters good, main bad, desert ok.

please do not called kitchenet if you can't used,< as i was told at recepton> that kitchenet realy is not for cooking.. in the room there is ,4 cups and sauces, 4 side plates, 4 knifes and forks and 1 small pot to boyle water to make cupper; do not book this hotel if you thinking doing self catering
